There are so many adjectives and verbs that start with the letter R in Real Estate.

Restyle, revamp, renovate, rejuvenate, rehabilitate, remodel, reinvigorate — you get the idea

We all love a gorgeous home done to a high standard — and when you are looking to buy, those are homes which often see multiple offers and competition, even when rates are high. Not all of us have deep pockets to buy a house with all details already fully completed and dialed in — that’s ok and that’s life!

  • What if I told you there were more opportunities in properties than you might have immediately imagined?
  • What if their only crime was being a bit outdated or aesthetically unattractive?
  • What if I could help guide you to see past that?

There is something so satisfying about taking something outdated and overlooked and transforming it into something beautiful and head-turning.

This is one way you can build equity quickly and have a smaller mortgage — also how you move into a better neighborhood on a budget — the adage is you buy the worst house on the block (or let’s just say the ugliest) and then give it a makeover.

When I say renovations, I’m not talking about a complete flip on the property, where you find yourself living in a construction zone without electricity and doing your dishes in the bathtub for 6 months. If you are courageous with a big vision and want to pursue that path, do it! I’ll be your cheerleader each step of the way. Otherwise, there is a middle road that you can follow. Often times, a reinvigoration is all that is required to reincarnate a property.

Truthfully, a lot of homes could go from a 4 or 5/10 to an 8 or a 9/10, without breaking the bank, or taking your sanity. If we work together, my dual backgrounds in design and real estate will help you discover your vision, or facilitate you to make your ideas come to life. Either way, I'm here to get you where you are going. What often times feels insurmountable is actually just a small speed bump.

Renovating ignites creativity and it can be lucrative as well. If you have the desire and style and would like like to build your confidence to renovate homes to add value, beauty, or even for profit, I’d love to help! Let’s connect and see if we are a good fit to work together.
